Justification
During the first 6 years of life
are created and established foundations and neural connections of what will be the neurodevelopment of the person,
being necessary a cCorrect sensory and motor stimulation, the basis for the rest of learning.
The arrival of various types of stimuli allows the process to take place. calibration of the senses, promoting the construction of the meaning of his body and that which surrounds him, as well as the establishment of relationships, the development of calculation, language, decision making or the need to move or generate movement in response to the stimuli received.
Likewise, movement will not only be necessary to discover our own abilities and limitations, but also the environment that surrounds us, establish spatial and temporal relationships and improve the coordination of our movements.
Promoting situations in which movement and the senses are stimulated in the childhood stage will have a positive impact on Neurodevelopment, on the correct maturation of the nervous, osteo-articular, functional and sensory system and, therefore, on subsequent school performance. .
Goals
1. Favor
a space where children can receive a Sensory-motor stimulation according to age.
2. Develop movement patterns
appropriate for their age.
3. Improve neuromotor development
through activities related to neuromotor skills
and the base of different sports.
4. Discover basic notions of different sports.
5. Stimulate a taste for movement
and for the exploration as a means of discovery
of their abilities and their environment.
6. Optimize the reaction and responses to different types of stimuli.
7. Promote the comprehensive Neurodevelopment of the child, which will benefit you in your learning.
Development
Carrying out the activity has a recreational-educational nature, incorporating mixed activities
among which are:
Neurotrophic circuits:
for the comprehensive work of gross motor skills, basic movement patterns, general dynamic and visual-motor coordination, balance, turns in different planes and jumps.
Sensory stimulation workshops:
In order to promote correct sensory calibration, small workshops will be held where the objective will be sensory development.
Pre-sport:
work on basic patterns of different sports without additional elements (running, jumping...), or with them (dribbles, passes, shots on goal, shots at basket...).
